Creator D fails, and it is worth understanding why. They are genuinely in Bali, so the location is real. But every caption and every comment is in English, and the tagged venues are all expat-facing. Their audience is visitors to Indonesia, not Indonesians. That is a real audience and it is not this campaign's audience.
Creator F needs a person. Everything says Indonesia except that they have tagged no venue in six months and the comments are a mix of Bahasa and English at roughly 50/50. That is consistent with a domestic creator with a diaspora audience, and it is also consistent with someone who has moved abroad. I cannot tell from the outside, and it is a 15-second question to ask them directly.
