Plan my week
5–7 day content plan across your platforms.
A real Naise session, redacted before publishing. Nothing here runs against a live account.
Every session here was run once and saved, against a demo brand or public data. On your own account Naise works from your brand voice, your campaigns and your connected channels, so it reasons about your data instead of a stand-in.
I don’t see Lumira as a connected brand profile here, so I’m applying a safe “smile confidence” voice: warm, reassuring, clean, confidence-led, no insecurity-baiting, no clinical overclaiming. My read: make the week feel like a gentle confidence ritual, not a dental lecture.
| Day | Platform | Format | Post hook | Suggested CTA |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mon, Aug 3 | Carousel | “Your morning smile routine should take less than 2 minutes.” | “Save this for tomorrow morning.” | |
| Tue, Aug 4 | Reel | “The tiny habit that makes your whole morning feel more put-together.” | “Try this before your first coffee.” | |
| Wed, Aug 5 | Instagram + TikTok | Reel | “Get ready with me for a smile-first morning.” | “Tag someone who needs a calmer morning.” |
| Thu, Aug 6 | Open | Reactive trend moment | Keep this slot for a trending sound, creator stitch, morning POV, or confidence meme that fits the week’s theme. | “Drop the trend here only if it still feels like Lumira.” |
| Fri, Aug 7 | Story sequence | “Morning check-in: what makes you feel confident before leaving home?” | “Vote in the poll, then share your routine.” | |
| Sat, Aug 8 | Reel | “A weekend morning routine for when you want to feel fresh without doing too much.” | “Save this for your next slow morning.” | |
| Sun, Aug 9 | Open | Reactive trend moment | Use this for a fast response to the best-performing content from the week: remix a comment, answer a question, or jump on a gentle self-care trend. | “Reply to the strongest audience signal from the week.” |
Strongest post to prioritize: Wednesday’s GRWM-style Reel. It gives Lumira the clearest emotional lane: confidence as part of getting ready, not a product pushed into the feed. Keep the visuals soft, bright, bathroom/vanity-adjacent, and human. The product can appear naturally, but the hero is the feeling after the routine.
Naise created an artifact
A dated plan with hook, format, platform and CTA per post, in a safe brand voice.
The week
| Day | Platform | Format | Post hook | Suggested CTA |
|---|
Caveat carried from the session: no connected brand profile was found, so a safe "smile confidence" voice was applied: warm, reassuring, no insecurity-baiting, no clinical overclaiming.
That was a sample. Run it on your own brand.
Naise reads your brand, your channels, and your market, then does this against your real data.
