Playbook replay
Highlight a customer story
A review turned into a story with the customer's words kept exact, and a list of what needs permission first.
Run for Lumira, a demo brand we invented for this page. No customer data. Nothing here runs against a live account.
Every session here was run once and saved, against a demo brand or public data. On your own account Naise works from your brand voice, your campaigns and your connected channels, so it reasons about your data instead of a stand-in.
The story underneath the review is not that the product worked. It is that a delivery replaced a decision. That is the interesting part, and it is not in the quote.
The post.
Aisha had quit before. Most people have.
Not because the products failed. Because at some point the bottle runs out on a Tuesday, and buying it again is a decision, and the decision loses to everything else that week.
What changed was not motivation. It was that the refill turned up before she had to think about it.
In her words: "First routine I have kept past a month. The refill turning up is what did it."
If you have made it past week four, tell us what got you there. We are collecting these.
Whose words are whose:
| Part | Source |
|---|---|
| The bold quote | Aisha, exact, unchanged |
| "Aisha had quit before" | Ours. Inferred from "first routine I have kept" |
| "on a Tuesday", the decision framing | Ours entirely |
| "What changed was not motivation" | Ours, an interpretation of her words |
The quote is untouched. Everything around it is ours, and three of those four lines are interpretation rather than fact.
Before this goes live, ask Aisha about three things specifically.
- Using her name. A review left on a product page is not consent to appear in an Instagram post. Ask, and offer first-name-only or anonymous as options.
- The line "Aisha had quit before". She did not say this. It is a reasonable reading of "first routine I have kept", and it is also a claim about her past that she may not want stated publicly. This is the line to check.
- Whether she wants to be tagged. Some people do, and the ones who do not will not say so unless asked.
Do not repeat as a claim: anything implying the product caused a result. Her review is about adherence, not efficacy. "The refill turning up is what did it" is about logistics, and turning it into a skin-results story would be putting words in her mouth that she deliberately did not use.
One note on the CTA. "We are collecting these" is a commitment. If you ask people for week-four stories and then do nothing with them, the next ask performs worse. Have a plan for the replies before you post it.
Naise created an artifact
The review reshaped into a story with the quote untouched, plus three permissions to get first.
The post
Aisha had quit before. Most people have.
Not because the products failed. Because at some point the bottle runs out on a Tuesday, and buying it again is a decision, and the decision loses to everything else that week.
In her words: "First routine I have kept past a month. The refill turning up is what did it."
Ask her first
- Using her name at all
- The line "Aisha had quit before", which she never said
- Whether she wants to be tagged
Do not claim: anything about results. Her review is about adherence, not efficacy.
That was a sample. Run it on your own brand.
Naise reads your brand, your channels, and your market, then does this against your real data.
