Strategy → sprint plan

Turn one strategy objective into a 2-week execution sprint.

A real Naise session, redacted before publishing. Nothing here runs against a live account.

Every session here was run once and saved, against a demo brand or public data. On your own account Naise works from your brand voice, your campaigns and your connected channels, so it reasons about your data instead of a stand-in.

From the marketing strategy document in this project (or, if none is attached, treat the goal as: grow Instagram reach by 20%, where success means more saves, profile visits, and DMs from Reels) build a 14-day execution sprint focused on Instagram Reels. For each day include: deliverable, content format, content angle (use the brand voice doc if available), and a success signal. Mark the top 3 quick wins to ship on days 1–3.
Naise

I don’t see a marketing strategy or brand voice document attached in this project context, so I’m using the fallback goal: grow Instagram reach by 20% through Reels, with success measured by saves, profile visits, and DMs.

My read

The fastest path to the 20% reach lift is not volume alone. The sprint should bias toward saveable utility on Days 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, and 10, then use DM-led CTAs on Days 3, 9, and 11 to turn that reach into business signal.

Days 1–3 are the quick wins because they cover the three levers Instagram will reward fastest: a practical checklist, a visible transformation, and a direct DM trigger.

Goal: grow Instagram reach 20%, measured on accounts reached rather than impressions.

That was a sample. Run it on your own brand.
