Tagline generator
Twenty options across four angles, then cut down by asking which ones a competitor could run tomorrow.
Run for Lumira, a demo brand we invented for this page. No customer data. Nothing here runs against a live account.
Every session here was run once and saved, against a demo brand or public data. On your own account Naise works from your brand voice, your campaigns and your connected channels, so it reasons about your data instead of a stand-in.
Twenty, sorted by angle, all under seven words.
Descriptive Three steps. Refill, repeat. · Skincare that refills. · The routine that restocks itself. · Three steps, refilled. · Refillable skincare, minus the ceremony.
Aspirational Made to be finished. · Past week three. · The routine you keep. · Skincare with a second month. · Built for the long version.
Playful The bottle stays. · Keep the bottle. Lose the guilt. · Fewer steps, fewer excuses. · Your shelf called. It is fine now. · One bottle, many months.
Direct Refill. Repeat. · Cheaper every month. · Three steps or nothing. · Sell the refill, not the bottle. · Stop starting over.
Now the useful part. Which of these could a competitor run unchanged tomorrow?
| Tagline | Verdict |
|---|---|
| Made to be finished | ONLY-US, ties to your three-step claim |
| Past week three | ONLY-US, names a moment nobody else talks about |
| Cheaper every month | ONLY-US, structural, a bottle brand cannot say it |
| Stop starting over | ANYONE, every subscription brand |
| Skincare that refills | ANYONE, purely descriptive |
| Keep the bottle. Lose the guilt. | ANYONE, and "guilt" is off your voice anyway |
Thirteen of the twenty are ANYONE. That is normal and it is why generating twenty is worth it.
The three worth testing:
- Past week three. The strongest, and the one that needs the most context. It means nothing on a bottle and everything in an ad.
- Made to be finished. Works standalone, works on packaging, and quietly criticises the shelf of half-used products your audience owns.
- Cheaper every month. The only one making a claim, which is both its strength and the reason legal should see it first.
One caveat. "Past week three" is doing something unusual: it assumes the reader already knows week three is when routines die. Your audience does. A cold audience does not, so this is a retargeting line rather than a top-of-funnel one.
Naise created an artifact
Four angles, twenty options, filtered by whether a competitor could run it unchanged.
Shortlist
| Tagline | Why it survives | Watch out |
|---|---|---|
| Past week three | Names a moment nobody else talks about | Needs a warm audience |
| Made to be finished | Works on pack and in ads | None |
| Cheaper every month | Structural, a bottle brand cannot say it | Legal should see it |
Cut: 13 of 20 were things any subscription brand could run tomorrow.
That was a sample. Run it on your own brand.
